30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The bicycle must be in the same condition as received.

  • The item must not have been intentionally damaged, modified, or altered.

  • All original accessories and included components must be returned.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Free Returns

We provide free return shipping within the United States for eligible returns approved by our support team.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a bicycle that is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@Pre-bikes.shop. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item has been intentionally damaged after delivery.

  • Significant modifications have been made to the bicycle.

  • Parts or accessories originally included with the bicycle are missing.

  • The return request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. If an order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our standard return process.
